Membership and Terms of Use

Kelimonya is a digital game platform developed and provided by the Kelimonya Game Development Team. Throughout this agreement; terms such as "You", "your", "yours" refer to the user; terms such as "Kelimonya", "we", "us", "our", "ours" refer to the Kelimonya Game Development Team. By downloading, installing, or registering for the game on your device, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and will comply with these terms of use and applicable laws.

1. AGE LIMIT

We designed Kelimonya for users aged 15 and over. Due to the game's nature, which includes a wide vocabulary, slang or colloquial expressions may rarely appear in the dictionary. If you are under 15, we recommend using the game under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. CONTENT AND DICTIONARY REFERENCE

We prepared our game's vocabulary range by referencing official dictionaries. All words in the dictionary comply with standard language rules. We make every effort to filter out immoral or insulting words; however, we cannot guarantee absolute control over all content.

3. LICENSE RIGHTS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Downloading, testing, purchasing, or subscribing to Kelimonya provides You with a limited, individual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-commercial license for use. All digital materials in Kelimonya are Our property or are protected by Us.

You agree and undertake not to reproduce, sub-license, use for commercial purposes, create derivative works, or misuse the game or any materials within it. Accessing the game does not provide any ownership rights; all ownership rights belong to Us.

4. TERMS OF USE AND SERVICE PRINCIPLES

Connection Requirement: Kelimonya is a server-based online game. An active internet connection is required. We cannot be held responsible for delays or interruptions caused by internet providers.
Technical Issues: We make every effort to compensate for temporary data loss; however, we cannot guarantee the return of such losses.
Device Compatibility: We are not responsible for access problems that may occur due to software updates.

5. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES AND ACCOUNT RESTRICTIONS

If the following actions are detected, we may freeze or permanently close your account without notice:

Attempting to solve the software with reverse engineering.
Gaining an unfair advantage using third-party software and bots.
Opening multiple accounts to disrupt system balance.
Using insulting, profane, or harassing expressions against other users.
Using our game for purposes other than playing.

6. PURCHASES, SUBSCRIPTIONS, AND REFUND POLICY

Store Responsibility: All payment transactions are carried out directly via Google or Apple. We cannot access or interfere with your payment information.
Refunds and Cancellations: Refund requests and subscription cancellations must be carried out through the support channels of the relevant application store.
Pricing: We reserve the right to make changes to product content and pricing at any time.

7. PRIVACY POLICY AND INFORMATION TEXT (KVKK & GDPR)

7.1. Data Controller: Responsibility for the data collected lies with the Kelimonya Game Development Team (Contact: destek@kelimonya.com).

7.2. Data Processing Purposes: We process your data to: (i) Ensure the technical operation of the game, (ii) Verify your accounts, (iii) Manage leaderboards, and (iv) Provide personalized advertisements.

7.3. Legal Basis: Your data is processed for the performance of the contract, our legitimate interest, and your "explicit consent" for advertisements.

7.4. Your Regional Rights (KVKK & GDPR):

Turkish Users (KVKK): You have the right to request the deletion of your data and learn whether it is processed.
European Union Users (GDPR): You have rights such as access to your data and requesting its portability.

7.5. International Data Transfer: Since our infrastructure providers are based abroad, your data may be transferred to secure servers abroad.

ACCOUNT AND DATA DELETION REQUEST

You have the right to request the deletion of your data. To permanently delete your account and game data:

You can use the "Delete Account" button in the "Settings" tab within the application,
Or you can send Us an e-mail with your username by clicking the button below.

After your request reaches Us, your data will be permanently deleted within 24 hours.

We reserve the right to update these clauses at any time. The updated agreement becomes valid from the moment it is published.

9. AUTHORIZED COURTS

Istanbul Courts are authorized to resolve any disputes that may arise.
